Delivery & timing
Timed windows, cool vans, a message when we're close.
Bouquets travel upright in water in our temperature-controlled vans. Choose a two-hour window at checkout; if nobody is home we'll follow your safe-place note or bring them back to the studio cooler.

Before you order
Will my bouquet look exactly like the photo?
Photos show the style, palette and scale. Because we build from the day's harvest, individual varieties can change — the mood, size and quality never do.
What does the seven-day freshness promise cover?
If your flowers don't look their best within seven days of delivery when cared for as described on the card, send us a photo and we'll replace or refund them.
Can I include a personal message?
Yes. Every bouquet includes a card; we handwrite your message in ink. You can also upgrade to a letterpress card.
Do you deliver on Sundays and holidays?
We deliver Tuesday to Saturday, and on the days before major holidays. Special dates open for pre-orders two weeks ahead.
Are your flowers sustainably grown?
We prioritise local and regional growers, avoid floral foam, and use recyclable or compostable packaging throughout.
Not sure what to send?
Tell us about the person and the occasion. A florist will suggest a style and send you a photo of the stems before we wrap them.
